Return Policy

At Work-Life Mama, we strive to provide high-quality digital and physical products. Please review our refund and return policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBooks, printables, guides, or other downloadable content. If you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at momblog@work-lifemama.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Products
We work with third-party suppliers to fulfill physical product orders. Our refund and return policy follow standard drop shipping guidelines:

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
  • Returns: Since we use drop shipping, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at momblog@work-lifemama.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Work-Life Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement or refund will be processed as needed.
